CSS3 Ribbon Effect

I like to add simple, subtle details to my design, and doing this using only CSS makes me happy :)

The effect below is obtained using only CSS3, without extra HTML or images:

• The little triangle is just borders on the ::before selector
• the fold effect on the other side is a skew effect on the ::after selector using CSS 2D transformation.
