Summer Nights lamp
A self-initiated project on July 2009
When I was child, during the warm summer night, I was used to sit in the yard with my family, and the moths was dancing around the lights.
Using the laser cutting machine I created this paper lamp inspired to that precious moments in my memories

Some test for the shapes of the moths, folding the paper the wings should lift up without, but the structure of the lamp should not be weakened by too many cuts
The moths were placed using a packing algorithm to fill the space in a natural way
